This is at Oslo Tattoo Convention (Hosted by House of Pain), and shows a work in progress with Federico Ferroni. Very interesting to watch, as he was calm and focused at all time, taking time to adjust his hat at times and looking over his work. The woman was very cool letting me take this picture as well.
